HSP Coaching

The term HSP is not common known in South Africa. I studied HSP coaching in Holland. I cannot imagine that on this side of the globe there are no High Sensitive people!

You can be High Sensitive without realising it. Maybe you tried to be as others. Maybe your sensitivity was not welcome. Sensitivity is a gift, but a gift you need to learn to use. You can get into serious trouble when you don't acknowlegde your sensitivity.

The last months I designed a 4 week course, to lay a good foundation in understanding High Sensitivity and how to apply it on your own life. In the course I cover topics like:
- What is High Sensitivity?
- Am I High Sensitive?
- How can I develop my gifts?
- How do I learn to ground and to centre?
