I am a well trained therapist and coach with years of experience.
I am not registered as a medical service provider. That means that I am not working with labels, diagnoses and mediation. I can not make any legal decisions. By me, you stay responsible for your own journey at all time. Unfortunately you can not declare the costs for my services by your medical scheme.
What I can do is really see and feel you as a person, because I don't have to judge through medical glasses. I can offer you a relative cheap services, because I work from home (Bellville - Cape Town). I did a lot of Inner Work, next to my studies, so can easily feel and track where you are, to walk a part of the journey together.
You dont have to be artistic. Get more in touch with your right brain. Sometimes the heart struggles to express itself in words. Start unblocking your creative flow!
