Gebed
It is extremely encouraging for me to know that you pray for me. We all need to be covered in prayer. On moments that we go out in the dark streets to reach out to the women in prostitution. On moments that I do a deep counseling session with a lady and she really needs a breakthrough... Actually... prayer is always welcome!
So....
* If you want to receive sometimes a personal message from me with a prayer request, please let me know. I would like to have a Intercession Team again, but don't want to ask everyone to pray for me. People are often so busy and often they are not responding. I only want to send messages if people want to receive a message.
* If you want to receive my monthly prayer letter in your e-mail, where I share more personal than on the website, also let me know! I am busy making a new list!
For now - Please pray for:
* Wisdom in sometimes difficult Inner Healing Sessions, what to say to a person (and what not). And opening up of the hearts of the people I work with, so they really start changing and reaching their potential.
* Decisions in my main focus for next year: what area will I focus mainly on?
* An healthy balance between Rest and Ministry. And an healthy balance between serving and helping people and recharging through good friendships. Pray for more good friendships in Cape Town.
* A stable financial income
* Unity in our marriage. Pray also for Wesley. He is busy discovering his passions. At the moment he is involved in a drug rehabilitation center. I sometimes join. It is amazing what the Lord is doing through him as well.
* Long term focus: Netherlands or South Africa? We really need God to speak or getting peace about a descision.
